Terry: Office Manager

Terry started her dental career with Brar Family Dentistry as Dr. Beach’s assistant in 1974. After many years assisting Dr. Beach, Terry became the office manager in 2003. Since Dr. Beach’s retirement, she has been able to focus her energy on her managerial duties. She is very proud of both office renovations and the advancement in technology that Brar Family Dentistry has embraced. Dentistry has really changed in the last 40 years! She has been married to Bruce since 1981 and has two grown children and seven grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, quilting, cheering on the Patriots and going to Disney World!

Ginell: Office Manager

Ginell joined Brar Family Dentistry in 2013 and during her time here, she’s had the opportunity to learn different roles in the practice both clinical and administrative. In 2020 Ginell became the assistant office manager and has loved being able to use her dental experience to help our patients and our team! Outside of work, Ginell enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Ashlee: Front Desk Lead (Nashua)

Ashlee started her career in healthcare at a Full Lifecare Community where her varied positions only served to fuel her interest in the health care field.  After a 14-year career in Management and Culinary Services, she decided she’d like to explore the dental field which brought her to Brar Family Dentistry in October of 2021.  She has proven herself to be a hardworking, professional, and valuable employee who has gained a reputation of being an “IT Superstar!”  Her goal each day is to provide our patients with the best possible experience from the moment they enter our office until the moment they leave.  Ashlee enjoys living life to the fullest with her Fiancé, Brian along with daughter Mackenzie, their dog, Token and cat, Rex.  Trips to the beach, mountains, New England campgrounds and time spent with family and friends are among her favorite pastimes as well as creating hand crafted wire weaved pendants.  Ashlee feels that Brar Family Dentistry has opened a whole new world of possibilities for her as she learns and grows beside a team that has turned into an extension of her own “family”.

Jennifer: Director of Social Media & Marketing

Jennifer Camille started at Brar Family Dentistry in March 2025. She graduated from Keene State College with dual bachelor degrees in Graphic Design and Management and also holds multiple industry certifications in digital marketing and social media strategy. Jenn brings a strong background in brand visibility, content strategy and digital engagement to our practice. Her expertise spans social media management, strategic marketing campaigns and creative storytelling. In addition to working in marketing, Jenn is also a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her daughter and her husband exploring various communities, restaurants and playgrounds in New England.

Helen: Office Administrator

Helen was born and raised in Marlboro MA and moved to NH after marrying her high school sweetheart Peter. Helen and Peter made Nashua their home, where they raised their 2 children, Jennifer and Brian.  Helen began her dental career as Dr. Fisichelli’s chairside assistant in 1972 and years later, became one of our front desk superstars!  Helen’s clinical background has proven invaluable when scheduling treatment for our patients and she has an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.   Helen says that being part of the Brar Family Dentistry team has been a very rewarding experience for her, and her “teammates” and terrific patients brighten her world.  Her working relationship with her “family” at Brar Family Dentistry is one of the highlights of her life and she has been a highlight of the practice in return!  These days, Helen splits her time between her 2 beautiful granddaughters and her commitment here at Brar Family Dentistry, and we are happy to share her!

Abby: Office Administrator

Abby was born and raised in Mont Vernon, NH and resides with her husband, Erik in Milford, NH. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, gardening and are active in their local Church. Abby also enjoys the company of her cat Jamie and her Newfie Gracie. She started her dental career at Brar Family Dentistry as a Welcome Desk Administrator in August of 2020 bringing a vast array of administrative and customer service skills acquired through many years in the retail management industry. She is a graduate of Lasell College in Auburndale, MA and is eager to begin her new career in the dental field.  She is very happy to be with Brar Family Dentistry and we are happy to have her!

Donna: Front Desk Lead (Manchester)

After a 19-year career with a local dental laboratory, Donna started at Brar Family Dentistry in 2018 and we couldn’t be happier.  Donna brings joy, fun and laughter everywhere she goes.  She excels in customer service and is our resident dental insurance expert!  Donna met her husband, David in 1983 and they were married a year later.  They have 3 grown children and 3 grandsons.  In addition to watching her husband cook, Donna enjoys knitting, reading and going to the beach.

Karlee: Front Desk Lead (Merrimack)

Karlee started her career at Brar Family Dentistry in September of 2021 and we’re so glad she did!  Karlee’s 10 years of customer service experience is evident the minute you meet her!  She goes above and beyond for all our patients in any way possible!  She has proven herself to be a tremendous asset and is one of the reasons why Brar Family Dentistry has a 5 star rating on Google review.  She is definitely one of our stars!  In her spare time, Karlee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and going for hikes with her Italian Greyhound, Marley!

Sharon: Office Administrator

We at Brar Family Dentistry are very excited to welcome Sharon to our team! Her warm, friendly demeanor has already proven a valuable asset to our practice! With eight years of dental experience and two decades experience in customer service, she is the “go to” person for all your dental questions. Sharon is the first and last point of contact when visiting our office and strives to make sure all our patients have an exceptional experience. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys painting in her art studio, spending time on the lake and on the hiking trails with her husband Eric. She and Eric have four adult children together and two young grandchildren.

Dalgi: Office Administrator

Dalgi joined the Brar Family Dentistry team in March of 2024 and is looking forward to getting to know our practice and our wonderful patients.  With her extensive background in customer service, she won’t take long to do what she loves best:  being of service to others and making someone’s day a little brighter.  She understands the importance and impact a smile has on another person’s day!  Her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will certainly be an asset to our practice.  In Dalgi’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Ellie.

Heather: Office Administrator

Heather joined Brar Family Dentistry in March 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in both dental and medical settings. She first stepped into the dental world in 2017, working as a sterilization technician and orthodontic assistant, and later served as a medical records coordinator in a busy medical office. Her passion for helping people has been a consistent thread throughout her career, no matter the role. With a wide range of experience and a friendly, compassionate nature, Heather is dedicated to making each patient’s visit smooth and welcoming from the moment they walk through the door.

Originally from Gloucester, MA, Heather now lives in Manchester with her husband, their energetic two-year-old son, and their lovable black lab.
