Dr. Paige Palmero

Dr. Palmero earned her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine before completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at UConn Health. This advanced training provided her with extensive experience in comprehensive, multidisciplinary dentistry and the ability to manage a wide range of clinical needs, including complex treatment plans, implant restorations, fixed and removable prosthodontics, digital dentistry, and emergency care. She also serves as a Dental Officer in the United States Army Reserve.

For Dr. Palmero, dentistry is where healthcare, artistry, and human connection come together. She has always loved the process of creating something beautiful, working with her hands, and connecting with people. Her approach to dentistry reflects that combination: a commitment to high-quality, lasting results balanced with thoughtful, individualized care.

She believes great dentistry starts with great communication. Getting to know her patients beyond their dental concerns, understanding what matters to them, and making sure they feel informed and confident in their decisions are central to her philosophy. She wants patients to feel comfortable asking questions, advocating for themselves, and genuinely enjoying their time in the dental chair. After all, there’s nothing better than seeing a patient leave with a healthier smile and a little more laughter than when they arrived.

Clinically, Dr. Palmero values a thoughtful and conservative approach whenever appropriate, while prioritizing definitive, durable treatment that serves her patients well for years to come. She is passionate about continuing education and lifelong learning, always looking for ways to refine her skills and provide the best possible care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Greater Nashua Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Originally from New England, Dr. Palmero has lived in various parts of the country and is now happy to call New Hampshire home, where she can be closer to family. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, yoga, tennis, pickle ball, live music, experimenting with new cuisines, and traveling in search of culinary inspiration.
