Meet our Dental Assistants

Ashley:

Ashley graduated from Middlesex Community College in 2009 with an Associate Degree in Science and her Dental Assisting Certification.  She began her career in MA where she assisted in endodontics, periodontal procedures, esthetic and implant dentistry and, in 2015, found her home with Brar Family Dentistry.  Ashley’s goal is for all our patients to be comfortable and at ease when coming to our practice and with her gregarious personality, she meets that goal on a daily basis!  She grew up outside of Boston and now lives in Nashua with her husband, Nick, their two children, Hannah and Vito and her rescue pets.  Her greatest joy is having fun with her kids and seeing them smile!!

Beth:

You cannot help but smile the minute you meet Beth. She creates a friendly, caring, and calming environment for everyone she meets with her warm, welcoming smile. With over 30 years of experience, Beth provides the highest quality of care and comfort to all her patients. She is a superb gardener and enjoys working in her yard and garden whenever possible. In her spare time Beth, and her husband love to spend time with Beth’s many siblings, nieces and nephews and exploring local hiking trails together.

Destiny:

Destiny is newer to the dental field but you would never guess it! She developed such a strong love for dentistry almost instantly, and her passion for learning and growing in this profession truly shines through every day. She is always ready to lend a helping hand to the entire team, whether it’s supporting chairside, staying organized, or stepping in wherever she’s needed most. Her positive attitude and team-first mindset make her such a valued part of our dental family. Outside of the office, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and absolutely loves spoiling her sweet dog, Sophie, who clearly holds a very special place in her heart!

Jen:

Jen found her love for dentistry in an orthodontist office in 2004 while still in high school and never looked back.  Since that time, she has worked in the general dentistry field and has experience assisting in general dentistry, periodontics, endodontics and implant dentistry.  She earned her CDA in 2017 from the DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) and is currently studying for her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) Certification.  She started at Brar Family Dentistry in 2019 and soon became an integral part of Dr. Brar’s team.   As avid animal-lovers, Jen and her husband Mark spend most of their leisure time alongside their dog, Rusty.  They enjoy new experiences and hope to travel to as many warm places as possible!

Jesmariah:

Jesmariah joined Brar Family Dentistry in November of 2023 and we are so glad she did! She greets each patient with a smile and provides each with peace of mind mixed with personality as she adaptably assists either Dr. Peavy, Dr. Huang-Yue or Dr. Yue. In 2021, Jesmariah graduated from Porter & Chester Institute in Worcester, MA for Dental Assisting. She also received her certificate in Dental Radiology from Boston University in 2022. Her interest in the dental field began by watching her Aunt who also had a career in dental assisting. In her free time, Jesmariah loves spending as much time with her family as possible or immersing herself into the pages of a good book.

Shannon: 

Shannon began her dental assisting career at Brar Family Dentistry in January 2019. She received her certificate in Dental Radiology from Boston University in November 2019. Shannon grew up in Merrimack her whole life, but now lives in Bedford. When not at work Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs!
